Proactively interacts with accounts and coordinates operations and reporting to support sales and office operations. Performs implementation, coordination, and organization of administrational, commercial, and other related duties.
Monitor compliance with commercial policies for the field, maintenance of sales accounts.
Major Responsibilities
Ensure Commercial conditions remain current and maintained (SAP) | 10% |
Seamless B2B customer service | 20% |
On-Time processing of Orders and Claims | 10% |
Reports are on time and accurate on a weekly/monthly basis | 15% |
Management of the B2B portal with support of Marketing Function (NA and Europe) | 10% |
Responsible for generation and timely reports to management and sales associates | 15% |
Local Order creation and management (incl. creations of BOL, Proforma invoices as needed) | 20% |

Skills & Knowledge
Education Qualifications: Bachelor of Science preferred, or related work and educational experience
Relevant Experience: Previous experience in an office environment 2 years of minimum experience in a similar role. Tire company experience a plus
Technical Knowledge
1. Good knowledge in IT-related programs
2. Microsoft package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
3. SAP knowledge preferred
4. Excellent written & verbal communication skills
