Job Description


Dear Candidate: 

The alpha team is characterized by a diversity of ranks in an internal system, where the highest rank is called alpha, down to beta, to gamma, to delta. This system allows team members to work smoothly and ambitiously for higher ranks. 

We’re delighted to extend this offer of employment for the position of senior/junior sales responsable with alpha team. Please find below an overview of terms and conditions for your anticipated employment with us: 

I. Position 

Job Title 

Your title will be responsible for Remote Customer Service Representative/sales under the rank (Delta or gamma or delta) , and you will report to the Company’s ceo (alpha). 

Responsibilities are to: 

Customer Service Responsibilities list: 

Manage large amounts of incoming callsGenerate sales leadsIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsMeet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotasHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customers 

Requirements and skills : 

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service RepresentativeTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyStrong sales skillsManagerial experience would be a plus 

Further information about the work: 

A) [ reporting ]: you will report to [ your manager (alpha) ] 

B) [ work hours ]: your working hours will start from [ 9am ] till [ 6pm ] We have no overtimes because of great time-management. But there are a rare force majeuresand, if you stay an additional hour at work today, tomorrow you could go home earlier. 

C) [ vacations ]: your vacation is 2 days per week 

personnel policies and procedures, may change from time to time, the “at will” nature of your employment may only be changed in an express written agreement signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the Company (other than you).


II. Cash Compensation 

Salary 

The company will pay you a salary if you reach a specific number of customers per month, which is as follows: 5 customers = 700 dollars, 7 customers = 1000 dollars, 10 customers = 1500 dollars, 15 customers = 2,400 dollars, and 20 customers = 3200 dollars per month. 

Commission potential 

In addition to your base salary, you will receive a commission from 34% to 36% depending on your rank (delta, gamma or beta) on individual sales. The commission amount will be calculated on a monthly basis and will be added to the payroll. 

You will also be eligible for an overachievement commission when you exceed annual sales quotas. In this case, your commission will be calculated based on an accelerated rate of 50% of your annual base salary. 

III. Bonus options 

You will be eligible for a Standard bonus for each fiscal year of the Company. The bonus if any will be awarded based on annual Sales department targets. These targets will be established by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and approved by zone sales manager. 

IV. Employee Benefits 

As a regular employee of the Company, you will be eligible to participate in a number of Company-sponsored benefits. 

The Company offers a comprehensive employee benefits program, including: 

Vacation policy 

You will be eligible for 7 days of paid vacation leave per quarter. Paid time off is additional to sick days, bank holidays.


Travel expense reimbursement 

You will receive full reimbursement for travel expenses related to events you participate in as part of your job, upon manager’s approval. These expenses include transportation, lodging and meals. The exact terms of travel expense reimbursements are described in the Company’s travel policy.
