Job Description for Customer Support
Handling IVR calls for Customer support from Partners to resolve payment issues, App related enquiry and new of partners attachments. Working on our platform for order creation and other tasks. To analyse on Vehicle documents with our platform and to update in our app. Getting partners feedback and to resolve issue with respective department. Monitoring and development on Tech adoption on app Branding related support for PAN India. To receive feedback from Customer and to resolve the issues with respective department To follow-up with department head for customer resolution To get update on resolution from client to close registered case. Working on WhatsApp group on issues escalated (Pan India) to control Daily operations issue and to make sure on prompt action on all enquiry
