We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate strong and capable leadership qualities with an ability to resolve all types of customer inquiries. Our ideal customer service manager will know how to supervise and mentor other customer service representatives by teaching them industry best practices, offering feedback, and establishing measurable customer satisfaction goals. As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a vital role in providing constant excellent customer service and fostering customer loyalty.
Objectives of this role
Manage daily workflow within the customer service department
Address all customer queries and provide permanent resolution
Create and track customer service goals
Hire, onboard and supervise new customer service employees
Assist in developing an effective customer loyalty program
Document all interactions with clients
Responsibilities
· Addressing the incoming queries of customers through calls, chats, emails and social media platforms.
· Resolving complaints through interactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Helping with personalization and customization as per customer requirements
· Understanding why customers abandoned their carts and trying to assist them in making the conversions.
· Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and providing accurate and complete information to the customers.
· Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and all feedback including complaints and resolution in our CRM system.
· Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers and ensuring customer retention.
· Connecting with customers on calls as and when required.
· Respond to customer inquiries on a continuous basis with proper recording
· Receive and implement customer feedback to improve the quality of service
· Manage daily progress in meeting important business metrics
· Generate detailed reports on customer interactions
· Provide additional upskilling or learning opportunities for team members
· Provide regular training to the sales and customer service team and oversee the budget for the customer service department.
· Coordinate directly and manage timeline with the production, dispatch, sales and accounting teams and provide an everlasting solution to the customer queries including complaint resolutions.
Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline with 5+ years of customer service handling experience with the Marketing and Sales-based organisations preferably in garment or apparel sector.
Demonstrated experience in customer service
Strong understanding of customer service software
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with management techniques
Ability to meet and exceed customer needs
Ability to work collaboratively
