CyberArk Security Engineer

Job Description

Skills and experience: A combination of several of the below should be covered

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience supporting CyberArk Infrastructure
• Professional certification like CISSP, CISA or CISA is mandatory
• Expert knowledge on security technologies and concepts (identity and access management)
• Expert knowledge on one or more of following technology platforms : Windows, Unix, Network, Office/End User technologies, Mainframe, Tandem or Middleware
• Is able to solve complex problems
• Is creative and sees the bigger picture when addressing issues
• Works proactively, thereby keeping possible problems from affecting the overall functioning of the team
• Can deliver through these technical skills a step change in the quality of security services

Interpersonal Skills

• Embraces the belief that teamwork is essential for achieving results
• Is capable of coaching other engineers to develop their potential 
• Leverages influence and negotiates to achieve the defined goals. Uses a diplomatic attitude to reach goals.
• Is a good communicator (verbal and written) and focuses on the requirements of the customer
• Client focus work approach
• Is capable of working in an environment with continuous change on the related services; can adapt to ever changing service needs in a spirit of continuous improvements
• Is capable of analyzing complex problems and situations with the purpose of bringing improvements and efficiencies
• Languages: Mandatory : English excellent both speaking and writing
