D365 Finance Functional Consultant

Job Description

Requirement for maintaining and to undertake on going improvements and additional feature implementations.

Modules - Project Management and Accounting, AP, AR, Cash and Bank Management, Procurement and sourcing, Human Resources, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Expense Management and Payroll.

Experience in : Project Management & Accounting PMA module mandatory

Strong functional knowledge in Project management & Accounting, General ledger, AR, AP, Fixed asset, Budget, Cash and Bank management, Project accounting, COA, HR, Expense management
Strong knowledge on configuration i.e.,
COA structure definition, Logical mapping of number sequence, Accounting structure setup, Dimension setup, ledger allocation and re-paid accounting,
Various tax setup, Automatic bank reconciliation, Asset and depreciation, Project, Project contract, Project hierarchy setup,
WBS, estimation and elimination, timesheet, revenue recognition, etc.
Good understanding of business processes and data migration through data entities
Good experience in requirement gathering, conducting workshops, presentations and application demos with business\customers
Good in project documentation – FRD, FDD, User guide, Fit-gap, etc. associated with the role
Functional solution design for customization – process, report and integration
Experience in end-to-end project implementations cutting across various phases of the project lifecycle
MS certifications in MS D365 mandatory
Able to provide the project plan and provide the estimates on implementation or enhancement assignments
Must be able to manage team, client and able to prioritize and communicate commitments
Exclusively worked on Documentation, Data migration activities, Knowledge on other modules and integrations with external systems would be an added advantage
Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams
Must be able to produce specific business cases examples of work product (functional requirements, design, output, test plans, etc.)
Structured and analytical working approach to resolve critical problems
Flexible attitude to the role's working hours
Able to perform Pre-sales Demo to the prospects on the product and able to prepare demo data, presentations and able to define the scope statement.
Able to groom the junior team members on the product and over all solution's of the system features

Exp Range : 4-6 years - Work from office - Hyd location - FTE (Not a remote job)
