Job Description

As the Lead Data Analyst, the candidate should have the following skillset and experience: 1. Strong Teradata SQL skills and knowledge of ETL data flow process 2. Lead a team of analysts to provide direction and guidance and to Co–ordinate their work effort 3. Elicit and Document the business requirements using appropriate documentation standards 4.Elaborate requirements, in support of the business users, during evolutionary system development. 5.Requirements management and communication: Leading the Analyst team .Engaging the project team, sponsors, and stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, scope alignment, changes to the scope, and the explanation of requirements 6. Solution Assessment and Validation- Assessing which of the potential solutions best fits the business need, and working with the Design and Dev Team to build prototype and assess the performance and effectiveness of the solution 7.Investigate Change Requests and Business Systems taking a holistic view of the situation; this may include examining current processes and IT systems. Requirements Must Have 1) Strong Teradata SQL Skills 2) Knowledge of ETL data Flow Process.
