Are you passionate about data entry and have a knack for numbers? We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in processing accounts payable and assisting with various accounting tasks, using your strong data entry skills and attention to detail. This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive pay range of $22 to $25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data in our company's database systems.

Ensure data accuracy and completeness prior to database entry.

Conduct regular quality checks to maintain data accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate effectively with team members for precise data management.

Assist with additional clerical tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated experience in a data entry role or similar position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

Capable of typing at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.

Experience in accounts payable processing is advantageous.
