Job Description: Desktop Support Engineer
Client: Wipro
Qualification: Graduation
Age: Above 21 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Week Joiner
Key Responsibilities:
Operating System Installation:
Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) for desktops, laptops, and servers.
Outlook Configuration:
Set up and configure Microsoft Outlook for email accounts, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure smooth integration with other software tools.
LAN/WAN Support:
Troubleshoot and maintain Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) connections, ensuring efficient and stable communication across devices and locations.
Printer and Scanner Support:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners across multiple devices and networks.
Network Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including router, switch, and server troubleshooting.
Hardware and Software Installation:
Install and configure hardware components, as well as software applications. Provide support for system upgrades and updates.
Technical Support and Issue Resolution:
Provide front-line support for technical issues via phone, email, or in person. Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
