This is a **job-oriented DevOps training program** with a direct employment pipeline. You don't apply for jobs after training — you step into a paid internship that leads to a full-time role.

## Key Responsibilities (During Internship & After Placement)

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
- Write infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible
- Monitor system health using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotation
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment workflows

## Required Skills & Qualifications

- No prior coding or cloud experience required — we start from basics
- Any graduate (BE/BTech, BCA, BSc, MCA, MSc) — recent pass-outs
- No backlogs at the time of application
- Strong willingness to learn DevOps tools and practices
- Basic computer literacy

## Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

- Basic knowledge of Linux or any programming language (Python, Java, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS free tier experience)
- Good communication and teamwork skills

## Selection Process

- Application review (resume + brief statement of purpose)
- Aptitude & logical reasoning test (online, thirty minutes)
- Personal interview (in-person at our Electronic City Phase one center)

- Batch size: Limited to twenty students per batch (personalized attention)
