Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
• Create engaging and high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce multimedia content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Face book, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
• Create and schedule social media posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends and insights.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer engagement emails.
• Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open rates and conversions.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to the marketing team and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) in digital marketing, including experience with SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
