Job Description

Metro Homes, a leading real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial properties, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing social media presence by creating and curating engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
2. Conducting keyword research & optimizing SEO to identify relevant search terms and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings by developing and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase website visibility and drive organic traffic.
3. Basic video editing and graphic design skills. 
4. To monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics by utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to track and analyze key metrics, including website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
5. Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to optimize digital marketing efforts and achieve marketing goals.

Requirements:

>Proven work experience or knowledge as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
>Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
>Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
>Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
