Dot Net Core Azure Tech Lead

• To lead delivery team and implement standards and architecture with the solution and software Architects. 
• Proactively identify opportunities and improvements to the technical landscape that could deliver greater business value
• Liaise with third party IT providers where required
• Troubleshooting and fixing any issues with existing applications
• Initiate, build and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders to provide information and solve problems as and when they arise

• Communicate project assignments and concepts clearly to all relevant resources and stakeholders to achieve successful project completion
• Contribute significantly to innovative approaches to achieve project goals
• Implement appropriate strategies, processes and best practices
• Mentor and supervise staff and be responsible for the quality and accuracy of the work done by others

• 7+ experience in C# , ASP.net
• .Net, MVC, WebApi, Entity Framework, JavaScript, Jquery, CSS, HTML knowledge 
• Experience with working with Azure in terms of deployment to AZURE PaaS, monitoring and creating Azure DevOps CICD Pipelines.
• Min 1 year experience in the following .Net Frameworks, Database platforms, RestFul API development, Front End Frameworks and Web Development.
• Min 1 year  Javascript, CSS, HTML experience
• Min 1 year experience in Agile delivery
• A minimum of 1 year experience in.NET Core and Microsoft Azure. 
• Experience in bootstrap and ideally implementation of a bootstrap upgrade
• Ideally have experience in  React.js framework and/or React Native. 
• Practical knowledge of Software Design Patterns including Cloud Design Patterns
• Ability to manage and co-ordinate stakeholder engagements and meetings
• Leadership, project management and business analysis skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to details
• Experience of having worked on large IT agile deployment programs including preparing for go-live and supporting the immediate post go-live period

• Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Experience in UX/UI.
• Previous experience of Tech Lead
