Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth. As an eCommerce Executive, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to implement strategies that enhance the online shopping experience and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Management:
   • Upload, update, and maintain accurate product listings across all eCommerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Flipkart).
   • Ensure product information is consistent, accurate, and optimized for search.
2. Order Processing:
   • Monitor and manage customer orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
   • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipping and delivery.
3. Customer Support:
   • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer queries, resolving complaints, and handling returns/exchanges.
   • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
4. Inventory Management:
   • Track and manage stock levels, ensuring product availability and preventing stockouts.
   • Work with suppliers and vendors to replenish inventory as needed.
5. Tech-Driven Optimization:
   • Update product and sales data from all marketplaces to internal software for real-time synchronization.
   • Leverage eCommerce tools and automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
6. Marketing & Promotion:
   • Assist in the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and promotional offers.
   • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
7. Sales Analysis:
   • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and website traffic to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
   • Generate reports on key performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.
8. Collaboration & Communication:
   • Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and effective promotions.
   • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet business goals.
