Job Title: Engage one Lead/Developer

The role is to:
Minimum EngageOne/CCM Experience: 5 years
Ø Maintain EngageOne application systems that are used in the firm's daily operations.
Ø To provide technical and business support for users of Correspondence Applications. This includes
providing quick resolutions to App issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements
to help us and the business succeed.
Ø Manages, supports, and maintains applications and their operating environments, with a focus on
stability, quality, and functionality in relation to service level expectations.
Ø Checks at the start & end of each day, continuous monitoring, and on-call support.
Ø Investigate incidents and issues on the platform.
Ø Analysis, identification and resolution of EngageOne system bugs and live issues.
Ø Assess the risk and impact of production issues and escalate them to business and technology
management as soon as possible.
Ø To prioritize bug fixes and support requirements, collaborate with appropriate development and
production support areas.
Ø Participate in application releases, including development, testing, and production deployment.
Engages in post-implementation analysis to ensure that the system design and functionality are
successful.
Ø Document the technical procedures and contribute to the knowledge base.
Ø Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
Ø Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision - Can exercise independence of
judgement and autonomy.
Ø Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or acts as a mentor to new or junior-level team members.
Ø Agree requirements with stakeholders and analyse, design, build, test, document and implement the
changes required to EngageOne Designer application within agreed timelines and to the required
standard in order to meet the functional requirements specified by the business.
Ø Creating, updating and implementing SMS templates to required specifications within the
necessary timescales and always adhering to development standards.
Ø Experience in ITIL process
Ø Must have knowledge of DOC1 5.6 & DOC1 6 version.
Ø Participate in regular releases rollouts.
Specific knowledge or experience required to perform the role:
Ø Have strong knowledge /experience in Customer Communication Management Tool -
EngageOne (EO Application Server, EO Digital Deliver, EO Process Executive), EO
Designer Suite Version 6
Ø Have strong knowledge /experience in Document Composition Tool Doc1 V 5.6 & V6
Experience in the following would also be beneficial:
Ø E2Vault Application
Ø StreamWeaver
Ø JCL
Ø Any other document composition tools, such as OpenText Exstream, GMC Inspire
Ø Java or .Net
Ø AppDynamics, Jira, Confluence
