• Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
• Take minutes during meetings
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Travel Arrangement for director.
• Excellent Verbal and written Communication Skills
• Fluent in English
• Excellent in MS. Excel
