Plan, design, and update menus in line with brand standards, seasonal availability, and customer expectations
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation across all outlets
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and service to ensure operational excellence
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff
Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and control overtime
Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary matters in line with company policies
Control food costs, portion sizes, and wastage
Manage ordering, receiving, storage, and stock rotation
