Description of Role:
1. To direct sell to the customers via appointments (Office / Home Visits),
2. To ensure that leads / appointments by the call center are attended and revenue is generated.
3. To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved.
4. To ensure Business Reporting, MIS on sales call, Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on daily basis.
Key Performance Indicators:
1. New Business Target Achievement = 100%
2. Renewal Business = 90%
Job Requirements:
Qualifications - Minimum Qualification- MBA, Proficiency in MS Excel
Experience - Minimum 1 year of Sales Experience, Life Insurance Direct sales experience preferred
