Warden Duties:
- Oversee the daily functioning of the hostel or residential facility, ensuring the smooth operation of services.
- Ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of all residents, including monitoring behavior, resolving conflicts, and addressing any concerns or grievances.
- Supervise the staff in the hostel (cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.) and ensure that all facilities are well-maintained.
- Maintain attendance records, manage room allocations, and ensure adherence to hostel rules.
- Organize events or activities for residents to promote a healthy, engaging, and supportive environment.
