FMCG Sales Executive

Job Description

1. Local Candidates are preferred.  
2. Candidates need to be hard working and also they should be ambitious about money but not over ambitious about work.
3. Candidates should not be over-experienced and should be dedicated towards taking orders and having good convincing power. 
4. Candidates should be process driven and follow the instructions given by managers.
5. To understand the candidates, we need to conduct video call interviews.
6. Candidates' intention should be very clear to any how he has to take the order from shopkeeper/clients. And should do sales.
7. Grooming should be decent.
8. Experience in FMCG/Telecom/Banks/Retail sales. 
9. Needy for JOB and should not have a rich background or anyone who supports him in the finance part.
10. Need to call the candidates after their NHT is done, so we will come to know if he is willing to continue our should we provide him cushion if required.
