A BharatPe Field Sales Executive is responsible for actively acquiring new merchants within a designated geographic territory by directly interacting with potential customers, promoting BharatPe's payment solutions like QR codes, UPI, and loan products, conducting sales presentations, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve assigned sales targets, all while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring ethical sales practices; essentially working on the ground to expand BharatPe's merchant base in a specific area.
Key responsibilities:
Lead generation:
Identify potential merchants within the assigned territory through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Sales pitching:
Present BharatPe's suite of products and services to merchants, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
Customer engagement:
Build rapport with prospective merchants, understand their needs, and address concerns to facilitate smooth onboarding.
Onboarding process:
Guide new merchants through the registration process, including KYC verification and setting up their BharatPe accounts.
Sales target achievement:
Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
Relationship management:
Maintain ongoing communication with existing merchants to ensure their satisfaction and promote additional services.
Market analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Data management:
Accurately record sales activities, customer information, and progress in CRM systems.
Required skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
Persuasive selling techniques and ability to close deals effectively.
Strong understanding of the digital payments landscape and BharatPe's product offerings.
Ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively.
Proficiency in using mobile applications and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
