Job Description : 

• Efficient showroom operations
• Delivering best customer service standards
• Management of showroom staff
• Adherence to SOPs
• Responsible for the P&L Improvement
• Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Accurate and timely preparation / submission / review of reports -expenses.
• Increase in conversion rate
• Statutory Compliance
• Talent management and motivation
• 100% SOP Implementation and Adherence by team
• Monitor and manage Inventory levels
• Reduce dump, shrink and other losses within budget and work towards reducing costs.
• Take timely and rational decisions
