Flutter Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. You will be responsible for building cross-platform applications for Android and iOS using Flutter. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to deliver a seamless, high-performance mobile experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• App Development: Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with designers to implement visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, identifying and fixing bugs and bottlenecks.
• Integration with APIs: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with server-side APIs.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the code for performance.
• Code Review & Maintenance: Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and ensure code quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest Flutter releases, plugins, and technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile app development with at least 1 year of experience using Flutter.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Dart and familiarity with Flutter SDK and Flutter widgets.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, UI design principles, and best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) is a plus.
  • Experience with native development in Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Published mobile applications in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Familiarity with Firebase, including Firestore, Authentication, and Crashlytics.
• Experience in deploying and managing mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play.
