Frameworks Specialist

Job Description

Depending on the specific domain, the responsibilities and daily duties of the role are divided into three core areas:

1. Key Responsibilities

• Process & Policy Design: Mapping, analyzing, and improving operational processes to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and effective.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Monitoring and mitigating risks. They help the business adhere to complex internal or external regulatory frameworks (e.g., product compliance or depositary risk).
• Data Management & Reporting: Gathering data to measure framework performance, updating strategic dashboards, and creating detailed reports for senior management.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising between different internal teams, external contractors, and senior stakeholders to ensure consistent understanding and execution of company policies. 
• Creating and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and operational job aids.
• Overseeing vendor costs, tracking contractor budgets, and conducting rate benchmarking.
• Performing due diligence reviews, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
• Driving change and transformation initiatives across global or enterprise-level organizations. 
• Experience: Typically 5+ years in a relevant role (e.g., business administration, risk management, or compliance).
• Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven talent for stakeholder management.
• Technical Proficiencies: Proficiency in advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, and workflow/collaboration tools (such as SAP or SharePoint).
