Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Ikeja Lagos, Nigeria
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team at PRIMER CONSULT. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the Front Desk Receptionist will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Handle mail and deliveries and ensure they are delivered to the correct recipient
Maintain accurate records and schedules of visitors and clients
Keep the reception area tidy and organized
Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients and direct them to the appropriate person or department as needed
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills
(minimum of OND/HND/B.SC/NYSC holder)
Professional and friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strictly for Lagos residents as there is no accommodation(minimum of OND/HND/B.SC/NYSC holder)
