Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end aspects of our web applications. You should have a solid understanding of web development technologies and frameworks, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve designing, coding, testing, and debugging software solutions that meet our clients' needs and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using industry best practices.
• Identify and address performance issues and optimize application performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the best user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve existing applications and processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Mentor and assist junior developers, fostering their growth and technical skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web applications developed.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue.js).
• Strong back-end development skills with experience in server-side languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Ruby) and frameworks (e.g., Django, Express.js, Ruby on Rails).
• Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for continuous learning and professional growth, keeping up with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Understanding of security best practices in web development.
• Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
