Job Description

Job Title:	Techno Functional Consultant – SAP C4C/C4S
Reporting to:	Service Delivery Manager
Location:	India
Job Purpose and primary objectives:
Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):	Understanding business requirements Analyzing the current business process and suggesting for process improvements. Analyzing the requirements and providing the most feasible solutions. Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required. Able to take an issue related to C4S, plan and deliver a solution. Manage the time and priority for resolution of incidents and changes.
Key Skills/Knowledge:	Perform C4C Administrator tasks Report creation using custom development Implementation and maintenance of workflows Adapt existing user interface to include extension fields Integrate data via web service and XML Tracing and Debugging feature Create new report, based on the data source, via Adaptation Tools Establish approval task and enable notification rule, based on the new business object Architecture and building Add-on solutions for Mobile devices Mash-ups development Create Reuse libraries Create Process extension scenarios Publish new add-on in scoping Provide workaround solution for critical issues Root cause analysis of issue and provide necessary fix Employee loading and ID Mappings Users Creations Master Data management SAP C4C Configurations Should have understanding on Versions, hardware software installations to access SAP C4C on various devices Troubleshoot issues related to C4C and rollout solutions Provide support for issues in C4C production environment Monitor, test and advise usable new features published during C4C quarterly releases. Support quarterly release deployments. Integration with SF-AskHR Workbook maintenance Working in Agile methodology
Experience required:	Functional knowledge on SAP C4C/C4S Cloud for Service Center Experience with large global organizations. SAP Certification preferable in SAP C4C and ECSC. Experience in problem analysis and troubleshooting on SAP C4C and integration with SF- AskHR. Preparation of functional specifications and assisting in preparation of technical specifications. Should contribute to a mixed workshop process. Good communication Skills Prior experience to work in a multi-vendor environment Incident and change management for managing business issues and enhancements 3-5 years of experience in above skillset
