Job Description
BMW Company are seeking for General Workers in Mamelodi, Kempton Park, Johannesburg, Germiston, Springs and Pretoria
The General Worker will support various operational tasks within the assembly line or production facility. This role involves assisting in handling, packing, sorting, and maintaining the work environment to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe day-to-day operations.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving goods within the warehouse or production area.
- Pack, label, and prepare FMCG products for dispatch or storage according to company standards.
- Sort, inspect, and organize products to maintain order and inventory accuracy.
- Support the team with manual handling tasks, including lifting and stacking goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, including waste disposal and sweeping.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in stock counting and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment if trained (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Support other departments as needed to meet production and distribution goals.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or FMCG environment is preferred but not always required.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Grade 12/Matric
