Global Delivery Manager – Recruitment

Delivery Manager who can be a single point of contact for the global recruitment process.

For this role we believe you have minimum of 9+ years of experience in Recruitment and similar
environment of leading teams.
You have experience in the following areas:
• Knowledge of implementing plans according to goals and objectives.
• Knowledge of tools and assessments in candidate recruitment and performance & thorough
understanding of end to end recruitment process.
• Experience of handling to fill all permanent as well as c2h roles.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships.
• Accomplishes goals, completes tasks, and achieves results. Develops virtual and other collaborative
relationships to facilitate current and future objectives
• Ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team-player.
• Expresses ideas and opinions effectively with ability to influence and inspire.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive efficient, effective and consistent execution of global recruitment activities in order to attract and
recruit talented candidates to fill job vacancies.
Drive team performance and ensure candidate experiences.
YOU WILL
• Lead global recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring an outstanding
candidate experience.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• Evaluate which sourcing techniques bring best candidates.
• Leads the team of Recruiters, account managers, team leads in utilizing global programs, directs
recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated
vacancies
• Develops and trains recruiters to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an
appropriate and consistent timeline
• Responsible for filling all open positions with qualified candidates
• Responsible for maintaining manageable talent pools.
• Leads data analysis and identification of process improvements for the recruitment function
• Follows up performance within the organization to ensure quality and quantity goals are met
• Consults and influences Hiring Managers to gain unique understanding of positions as assigned
• Sensitive to fulfilling the client requirement in minimum turn-around-time
• Collaborates with Diversity, Equality and inclusion to secure a broad diverse work force as well as
being an attractive employer
• Maintaining sustainable relationship with the existing clients and be a proactive member to add more
trustable clients into the team
•Being more responsible in all the global recruitment activities
•Being available for all issues in the recruitment process , team and client management by delivering
quick and soft solutions
