Job Description:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Scheduling projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
• Preparing rough drafts and present ideas
• Developing illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Coordinating with internal / outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary
• Using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Working with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Testing graphics across various media
• Amending designs after feedback
• Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Job Specifications:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Minimum 1-year experience in real estate industry
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics and Video Editing
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
