Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and create visually compelling digital and print materials to support our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design principles, styles, and layout techniques, as well as experience managing projects from conception to production, including websites.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all design projects from concept to completion.

Create original designs, including illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets.

Review and provide constructive feedback on junior designers' work to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Refine images, fonts, and layouts using advanced graphic design software.

Apply expert typography techniques to enhance visual communication.

Generate creative ideas to effectively portray concepts and promote products/services.

Improve user experience in digital products through thoughtful design.

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to meet project deadlines.

Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve skills and output.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.

A strong portfolio showcasing completed design projects.

Hands-on experience with image editing software, such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Proficiency in design software (e.g. InDesign, Balsamiq, and Sketch).

Exceptional aesthetic skills with the ability to harmoniously combine colors, fonts, and layouts.

Meticulous attention to visual details and design elements.

Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent team player with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
