We’re looking for a passionate and proactive HR Executive / HR Manager to be a key part of our growing team at Empower Ora Solution, based in E718, Ganesh Glory 11, Jagatpur, Ahmedabad.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
🚀 Lead full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding
📊 Maintain employee records and handle attendance, payroll inputs
🧠 Drive employee engagement and manage workplace culture
📋 Draft, revise, and enforce HR policies
🧩 Support performance reviews and feedback loops
⚖ Ensure legal and compliance adherence.

👀 We’re Looking For:
1–5 years of HR experience (freshers with good communication & enthusiasm are welcome!)
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Hands-on with HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, or similar)
