HR Executive

Job Description

Greetings from Techmind Softwares, we're looking for HR-Executive (female).
Identify staff vacancies and recruit interview and select applicants.

• Experience in Hiring candidates for various IT profiles.
• Must be good at conducting interviews and screening candidates.
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
• Handling documentation such as MIS, Appointment letters, relieving letters, and appraisal letters.
• Day to Day Operations work.
• Maintenance of Attendance and Salary process
• Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies
• Organizing and managing events and other co-curricular activities.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  
  Five days working from the office.
