Job Description

• Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and support the initial stages of the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation activities.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
• Conducting research on HR best practices, industry trends, and relevant legal regulations to support decision-making within the HR department.
