Job Description – HR & Admin (Manager, Assistant Manager)
Requirement: 1 eligible hire (Immediate Joiner)
CTC: Flexible depending on the experience of the candidate.
HR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Selection:
* Understanding the current requirements of the departments
* Sourcing & Screening CV's from Job portals, mass mailings
* Planning and Preparing Interview Schedules, Conducting preliminary interviews
* Conducting Interviews and arranging further interviews with Functional Managers
* Offer of employment (follow up on offer and acceptance)
Induction & Joining formalities:
* Arrange for the on-boarding of the candidate upon his/her joining the organization
* Conducting Induction programmes for new joiners and briefing them about the organization's Culture, Policies, Rules and Regulations. Briefing on company structure, policies, job duties, working conditions, rules and guidelines
* Preparation of the new joiner check list. Coordinating with concerned departments for completion of forms and procedures
* Preparations of Offer/Appointment letters and issue the same subject to conditions laid by the management
* Sending the on-boarding mail & introducing the new employees to the existing employees in the organization. To guide & assist them in getting acquainted with company environment and Ensure smooth joining Creating employee id, generating ID cards, registering with Bio-metric access, Opening of bank account, etc
* Ensuring all required HR forms are completed accurately signed by the employee and HR head for the submission to in good time and for the filing purpose
Leave, Attendance & Payroll:
* Maintaining and monitoring attendance and leave record of employees into the system
* Maintaining leave register, leave cards, monitoring late coming, and absenteeism & present reports whenever required
* Updating new joined data. Entering any detail change in relating to joiner, resigned, promotion, and confirmation of employees
* Collecting salary input such attendance, leave details, TDS, loans and advances. Preparation of monthly payroll and handling all the payroll queries
* Handling various grievances of the employees on Leaves and salary
* Ensure timely employee communication w.r.t salary deduction due to non-regularization of attendance
* Ensure timely regularization of attendance/leave as per the leave policy/entitlement
* Annual reconciliation of leave balances, salary, statutory compliance
* Maintaining revision of salary, according increments & full & final. Preparing CTC (Salary Breakup)
Statutory Compliance
*Coordinating with Consultant for ESIC and PF query
*Tracking Statutory Compliance on monthly, quarterly, and Annual basis
ADMIN ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Managing the Day-to-Day Operation of the Office & Organizing & Maintaining Files & Records of Employees.
*Arranging Inventory & Foods on Welfare Activities such as Birthday, Diwali & other Occasion.
*Arrangement of Travel & Travel Ticket bookings for Managers, Clients & Office Staff and Guest arrangement.
*Arrangement of Cab / Hotel Booking for Managers, Clients & Office Staff and Guest arrangement.
*Preparation & Printing of All kinds of Forms required for Office Use i.e. Leave Form, Training cards, Letterheads, OD Slip etc.
*Taking care of AMC contract & renewal of services such as AC, Printers, Fire Extinguisher, Water purifiers etc.
*Preparation of Purchase Orders & Invoices & keeping track of all Bills Payment & Courier register.
