JOB DUTIES:-
Talent Management including recruitment, retention, employee satisfaction & Employee Engagement
Attendance management & payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage performance review mechanism & yearly appraisal process.
Health, welfare and employee’s compensation as per policy and compliances.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals
Provide staff counselling, guidance, career planning,
Interact with Local Administration and various Govt. authorities to handle situations arising out of law and order problems, industrial relations and related issues.
Ensure compliance with all HR legislation and keep up to date with changes to local authorities.
Management of Labour Contractor and bill payment.
HRIS Management (Human Resource Information System) & Database Management.
Administration and audit of physical amenities available for Employees.
Assists in Budget preparation and fully aware of all Budgeted Positions and hiring approvals.
Ensure to follow overall HR strategies, Policy, Systems, and Procedures across the organization; if required Develop the same.
Employee communication and relations activities.
Coordinating with other department for HR support functions.
Adhere to strict grooming standards.
Perform other duties which are given by the company.
