Job Title: HR Manager

 

 

Test Triangle Ltd is currently looking for an HR Manager to join our HR Department based in our Blanchardstown Head Office location. We are looking for energetic, hard-working individuals who are passionate and dedicated.

 

We are looking for an exceptionally driven individual to lead the HR function. Reporting to our CEO  and working in close partnership with the business leaders, the HR manager will develop and implement systems and processes that allow for efficient management of all aspects of HR to ensure business compliance and best practice while also delivering an engaged and high-performing team who live by our values at Test Triangle.

  • Location: hybrid role (office and remote) in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15
  • Salary: Negotiable (DOE).

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain HR policies for the business to ensure best practices and compliance.
  • Develop a recruitment process that ensures the best-fit candidates for the role.
  • Work with people managers to follow the performance evaluation process to ensure employee awareness of performance expectations and help them address any gaps in a timely manner.
  • Nurture a positive working environment through engagement with employees to understand any areas for development and engage with business leaders on how to address them.
  • Manage and update Employee records ensuring legal and GDPR compliance.
  • Define, in agreement with senior management, employee compensation and benefits policies.
  • Manage the disciplinary function where and when required.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 
  • Prepare HR regular reports for management review 
  • Draft staff contracts of employment.
  • Manage induction and exit processes.
  • Advise Managers and staff on policies as set down within our Employee Handbook.
  • Provide administrative support to our business process team in the administration of all staff benefit schemes.
  • Communicate with staff regarding new or amended HR initiatives/policies.
  • Provide guidance, assistance and support to all levels of Management and other support staff within the Company.

 

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • A 3-rd. level qualification in HR or a CIPD qualification or previous experience in HR.
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
  • Adapt to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Be self-directed and motivated.
  • Ability to ask questions, be curious and have the confidence to challenge.
  • Show good judgement in decision making.
  • Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.
