Job Description
- Manage daily HRIS operations, including data entry updates, and maintenance
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of HR data across various System
- Learn and follow our proven recruiting process designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
- Act as first point of contact for general employee customer service needs such as common inquires, form request, policy interpretation and procedure clarification
- Generate offer letter and status change letter
- Assist with employee onboarding
- Ensure all paper work is accurate and complete before HRIS input
Maintain and nature a positive working environment
Note : HR with On-boarding US experience only
