HR RECRUITER JOB DESCRIPTION

Role : HR Recruiter 

Department : Recruitment & Hiring 

Salary : 13000-16000 

Internship period - 60 days 

60 days 13-16 package,After 60 days 18000+ incentives Based upon your Performance 

Shift timing : 10.00am-5.00pm

Laptop mandatory 

Training timing : 10.00am-3.00pm

Saturday and Sunday week off 

Pursuing and freshers can apply 2023-2025 

If students are on going college they can take part time 10-3 Shift or 4-8 or 5-9 

Responsibilities : 

Design and update job descriptions

Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)

Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

Screen incoming resumes and application forms

Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests

Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

Monitor key HR Metrics, including time-to-fill, hire and source of hire 

After the data collection Interpret the data in software and After Interpretation Visualize the data in software.

HR Analyst Officer

we need some Pursuing students who are in need of training in HR Analyst Or summer Internship Students  

Two processes will be handled over here and followed by notes 

First process:

1. As usual start sourcing from your side and get the candidate's who are looking for Internship and Certification After Training or After Internship 

One Month of Internship will be provided 

2. Flexible timings 

3. Two options will be there Live classroom session for 2 hours daily or any convenient time Recording session also provided 

4. 2 days once assessment will be given 

5. Daily Interaction session 

6. Training will be 15 days 2 weeks (Based on the performance if exceed also The management will not be responsible)

What will Learn In Internship:

Software learning like Power bi Tableau and SPSS
