⦁    Exp. Req: 1-1.5 years
⦁    Location: Hyderabad
⦁    Education: Minimum Relevant Degree
⦁    Salary: 15K-18K per Month.

⦁    Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad
⦁    Job Role: Work from home/Remote, Only for Females.
⦁    Requirements: Laptop/PC and Wifi are required. Only Hindi & Telugu Speaking Candidates can Apply.
⦁    Working Hours: 10 am - 6 pm.


⦁    JOB DESCRIPTION:
⦁    Write and post job descriptions on career job portals and social media.
⦁    Source candidates by using databases, job portals, and social media
⦁    Evaluate and screen resumes through virtual interaction
⦁    Conduct phone, Skype, Zoom, and/or in-person interviews
⦁    Screen potential employees
⦁    Maintain interview and hiring records
⦁    Prepare to hire paperwork and information details
⦁    Handle the orientation of new employees
⦁    administering appropriate company assessments.
⦁    Issuing ID cards, company SIM cards, and joining formalities.
⦁    Assigning day-to-day work to the team
⦁    Collect the everyday performance details
⦁    Reviewing the performance of candidates.
⦁    Support and motivate the candidates to achieve monthly targets.
⦁    Pay-out salaries as per their performance.  
⦁    We are coordinating with HRs for work assessment and team building.
⦁    
⦁    Required Skills and Experience:
⦁    Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
⦁    Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
⦁    Experience with sourcing techniques
⦁    Good verbal and written communication skills
⦁    Strong decision-making skills
