Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the company. • Training, Development and Performance Management • Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews. • Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair. • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures. • Manages and develops individual human resources staff to help them achieve full potential and deliver consistently high-performance standards • Conducts performance evaluation training and monitors department’s performance in conducting the performance evaluation.
Bachelor's degree /HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Related fields Registered Member of CIPM Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of human resources and Administration Excellent written and verbal English and local language skills Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities A team player with leadership skills.
