Job Title: ICT Change Management Specialist

Location: Dublin 1

Contract / Permanent: 6 Months initial engagement with further extensions

Start date: Mid-May 2023

A hybrid attendance pattern applies to this role with a current minimum of 50% (subject to revision) of time spent on-site.

Experience Level Required:

7 years+ of experience in Business Change management with proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale IT transformation programmes,

involving changes to processes, people, behaviours and ways of working.

The candidate proposed should hold both a recognised Project Management qualification

and a recognised Change Management qualification.

i. Experience in IT transformational programmes

Senior level/C level stakeholder experience and influence

ii. Expertise in designing future Transformed state

iii. People change the background, understanding change programmes etc

iv. Excellence in communications development and planning

v. Excellence in developing and shaping the case for investment and business casing for the same

vi. Experience in mobilising and gaining the support of various domains (i.e. making the case for change/support from peer domains such as

Project Management Office, finance etc.)

vii. Expertise in shaping requirements for further consultancy support to procure transformational partner engagement
