Job Description

Job Title: ICT Project Manager (1)

Location: Dublin 1, Hybrid working model 50%.

Contract / Permanent: FTC 12 Months, With further extension

Start date: January 2023 subject to the onboarding and Garda vetting process.

Experience Level Required:

It is a mandatory requirement, that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of 7+ years’ experience of managing IT infrastructure projects in

organisations comparable to the Central Bank of Ireland, candidates should have relevant project manager experience and qualifications.

Key Deliverable:

The Central Bank has a number of significant IT projects/programmes of work addressing IT infrastructure changes. Additional projects are also

included in the portfolio.

The Project Managers will support assigned technical teams and vendors in the development of the most effective, timely and appropriate plans to

ensure the fulfilment of the Central Banks requirements, aligned with the organisations project governance structures and methodologies.

• Take accountability for the successful delivery of projects, creating plans, ensuring clear scope definition, engaging the necessary

stakeholders, forming and leading project teams as required.

• Oversee the preparation of documentation relating to each stage of governance and communication to the relevant leadership teams.

• Securing resources and expertise from the client organisation as required including co-ordinating and directing end user input.

• Manage progress and status to ensure that projects are delivered within agreed scope, quality, time and budget parameters.

• Manage relevant issues and risk logs, detailed plans and milestone trackers, decision logs and all other critical project management

artefacts.

• Building and managing highly effective relationships with management, business champions, sponsors and senior stakeholders.
