Job Description
• Relevant degree with at least 6 years hands on IS-U functional experience, with knowledge in the following areas: • IDE/IDEX processes; Market messages; Change of Supply; technical & business master data; New registrations; De-Registrations; Re-Registrations; Cancellations; Objections; Switch documents; Hands-on experience in configuration of workflow; Move-in/Move-outs and reversals; Meter reads/special reads; • Knowledge of Customer service functions e.g. Change of legal entity; Customer interaction centre etc. • Knowledge of customer contacts, enquiries and complaints. • Knowledge of meter reading and Device management. Knowledge in the following specific areas would be an advantage: • A technical background with ABAP debugging skills is beneficial. • Knowledge of working with OpenText/Streamserve for issuing of letters is desirable. • Knowledge of Testing (HP Quality Centre V.12) and Quality Assurance.
