Job Description
1. Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment assignments for Company
2. Analyzing and understanding the Job description
3. Experience of working on Naukri
4. Sourcing, screening, Job posting and mass mailing profiles from job portal and other sources.
5. Calling prospecting candidate, explaning them about opening.
6. Short listing the candidates as per clients requirements and then scheduling up the interviews.
7. Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates,
8. Maintaining and updating database of potential, prospective and rejected
