Job Description

• Finding key people for decision making.
• Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles via different social media/portals
• Holding responsibilities in Recruitment process
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinating the recruitment/hiring process
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
• Recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
