Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
Work on strategic global hiring programs.
Liaise with clients to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates
Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels
Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in India.
Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals.
Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such info.
Interact with direct clients and vendors to establish a network.
Skills/Abilities:
Mandatory India staffing experience.
Should have excellent communication and writing skills.
Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
Experience and knowledge in all IT Technologies.
Should have good experience in complete IT recruitment process and clear understanding of tax terms.
