Job Description
- shifting, reactivation, speed / technology upgradation for Airtel broadband / DTH & surveillance customers in the defined area.
- Responsible for timely installation along with quality of installation /workmanship.
- Responsible for seamless installation experience.
- Responsible for process & SOP adherence .
- Responsible for productivity as per defined criteria.
- Responsible for maintaining desired / defined etiquettes during visit at customer premises.
- Responsible for KPI delivery as per target.
- Responsible for identification of improvement areas & define corrective actions.
- Responsible for continuous improvement in customer experience.
- S2S activities (New sales, rental upgrade, technology migration, LOB products ETC).
Responsible for timely material consumption. - Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Improvement of Conversion, TAT, Quality of workmanship.
