Profile - Senior Interior Designer
Experience - 2 Years to 3 years
Salary - 18000 to 25000
Qualification - Minimum Graduate/ 3 Years Diploma in Interiors or Civil are preferred.

Requirements:-

Candidates must be comfortable to  attend client's Meetings.

Must worked on Sketchup, 2D AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray, Revit.

Candidates should have done the work of all interior projects -  modular kitchen, electric Design, plumbing designs, false ceiling, TV units, wardrobes, washroom, Bed room etc, site visits, site survey, client meeting, materials selection etc.

Job Description:-

• Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs.
• Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
• Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.
• Creates design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
• Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address customer requests.
• Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.
• Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation.
• Provides follow-up support with customers.
• Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers.
•  Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion. 
• Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects.
  Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget.

Salary & Benefits - Salary as per the experience and work knowledge + plus extra incentives on project completion on time. 

Traveling Allowances -  We provide 4000 fixed traveling allowances for clients meetings & site visits (paid with salary).
