Role: Front-End Java Developer 
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Letterkenny (remote working on offer)
 
Key Responsibilities:  

As a Front End Java Developer, you will be responsible for delivering the business requirements for the internet banking application of the customer. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Utilising your expertise to re-engineer the front-end components and make them future ready that meet clients' requirements.
• Collaborating with co-workers to facilitate the creation of user stories as committed for a sprint.
• Apply CI/CD principles (for example Git, Artifacts, DevOps tools) to design and deploy efficient solutions.
• Reformulating existing code to ensure adherence to standards and guidelines.
• Checking your code to detect and remedy errors and omissions. Writing appropriate tests cases for different business scenarios.
• Have an attitude of continuous learning and improvement.

Key Skills/Knowledge & Experience

• Knowledge on Java Front End with hands-on experience
• Expertise in Vue Js/Angular, HTML, CSS
• Strong hands-on experience on applying Design patterns, CICD, DevOps, Unit Testing frameworks, microservices
• Good to have knowledge on Azure
• Knowledge on Agile-Devops way of working
